About George

I, George Keith, am a software developer and Irish fiddle-player living in the Boston area. When I'm not writing web-server stuff for AthenaHealth, I'm either playing music with my friends, or spending time at home with my lovely fiancé Emily, and our two kittens (Frankie & Louie). I am not usually futzing with my website, however, so much of this is likely to be out of date. Such is the pace of technology, I guess. Oh well.

I grew up in St. Cloud Minnesota. My parents Phil and Sandra still live there, but the rest of us have moved to the various corners of the country. I live in Massachusetts, my brother John is getting his PhD in Chemistry at CalTech in Pasadena, and my Sister Natasha finished up her senior year in Chemistry at Yale (in New Haven CT), and is now heading off to Argentina with a Fullbright scholarship. We all played music growing up, and we all still do.

I also enjoy flying small planes. I got my private pilot certificate in May of 2004, after taking lessons at Executive Flyers Aviation. They are quite good. I would recommend them to anyone interested in learning to fly.
